There is a proposal for the owners of the Glenwood Golf course to sell to a developer and have a new community built on the 120 acres that the golf club currently owns.  The recent Henrico County Planning Commission meeting to discuss this matter has been deferred until April 15th. 

Some of our residents have expressed their concerns about this proposal.  Two of the main concerns are the possibility of increased traffic and what effect a new community would have on our property value and taxes. We are working on the most effective way to have our concerns heard.  Please stay tuned for more information.
